Helping Students Build the Skills to Succeed — in School and Beyond

Personalized executive function coaching and advocacy for high school and post-secondary students in Toronto and online.

Executive Function Coaching and Advocacy for High School & University Success

Helping Students Build Skills for School and Life

In Toronto — and through virtual sessions across Ontario — I help high school and post-secondary students develop the executive functioning skills they need to complete tasks effectively and succeed. If your child struggles to start tasks, manage time, stay motivated, or navigate the demands of school, I can help them gain the tools and confidence to thrive.

What I do

I specialize in executive function coaching and student advocacy.
Executive functions — skills like planning, prioritizing, self-regulating, and following through — are often the missing piece for students with learning differences, or attention challenges.

Through personalized 1:1 coaching and parent support, I teach students how to work smarter, not harder, so they can reach both academic and personal goals.
